This is a WORK IN PROGRESS.
It is also… possibly… a crowdwork show. Or is it?
Don’t worry, I’m not going to pick on you. Or am I?*
This may be a disaster. Or will it?
Regardless, “Or is it?” “Or am I?” And “Or will it?” are all questions that we can hope to answer, or at least ask, by the end of this series of WIPs.
You can also expect:
• Brand new never before told stories and jokes
from my spreadsheet (tbh sometimes the first time is the best, the
golden high that I will spend the rest of the year chasing)
•
On-stage floundering (which is, cruelly, often more entertaining than
anything polished)
• Fun props? I dunno. No spoilers, but I’ve got
some ideas…
Perhaps it will be the greatest thing ever. Perhaps it will veer off into a completely unknown territory and we’ll discover that there ARE still original ideas left! Perhaps it will be an hour (roughly) of fumbling through what’s funny and what’s not and what might eventually make up a show, of sorts. Perhaps I’ll ask you what you do for a living, or if anyone’s from out of town, or if there are any couples in tonight? Perhaps you’ll lose all respect for me, or perhaps we’ll all fall in love.
